More Ministry Photos

Posting pictures is fun because it writes the stories better than I ever could. My difficulty is deciding on just a few so as not to put up too many at once. What you will see below are snapshots of our lives here in Cagayan de Oro and in Iligan. Where you see crowds of children we are at schools in Iligan. During our two weeks there we went to I think four different schools with a total population of over 5000 kids. Tanner and I had great fun acting out David and Goliath and I also played the part of God, the Father, in “The Champion” (remember the old song from the 80s by Carmen?). We also shared our testimony a number of times.

While we were back in Iligan we were blessed with an afternoon return to Tinago Falls, so there are some pictures from there as well. The third picture down is one I took while we were at Balicanas in Cagayan de Oro. This is the place right next to Cagayan de Oro Bay where we planted a small church of four families. The Filipino man standing in the center is my good friend, Jayson, who is a pastor and with whom I have often been blessed as a translator. We went and taught God’s Word to the people there for two hours one afternoon just before going to Iligan. The last picture is one of Tara with Sheila, one of our new friends in Iligan, who helped us greatly getting around the city and who was a blessing to our family.

Enjoy the pictures!
