FJ Ministries Board of Directors


FJ Ministries will be governed by a Board of Directors. The members of the Board will be Bryan and Tara Riley and at least two other married couples at all times. Current members include:

  • Bryan and Tara Riley
    Bryan served as a corporate attorney for 9 years and as an attorney for 10 years before following God’s call into the ministry. Tara has worked with disabled children, their teachers, and their parents for 10 years in the school systems as a pediatric occupational therapist, enabling the children to access more completely their education.
  • RJ and Kimberly Hoelzeman
    RJ Hoelzeman serves on the board of another Christian ministry with a Great Commission mindset, Student Mobilization. Kimberly Hoelzeman spent two years working with YWAM and has traveled to Romania and Belarus.
  • Dr. James and Krissy Dunn
    James Dunn is a medical doctor and he and his wife, Krissy, spent a month doing medical missions work in Honduras. After participating as Board members for a few months, James and Krissy decided to sell their home in Fayetteville, Arkansas, James leaving his medical practice, to go full-time into international missions.  They spent three months training in New Zealand at a YWAM base and have been in Fiji doing mobile medical missions during the autumn of 2007.
  • Scott and Dianna Alaniz
    Scott & Dianna Alaniz have a passion for living a life of faith and for missions. Dianna saw first hand the need in Honduras on a short-term missions trip last year. Scott has worked in investments for years.
  • Mike and Charla Roberts
    Mike Roberts is the CFO of large family business in Fayetteville, Arkansas and has great experience at financial accountability. He and Charla have traveled to Japan and served there, and Mike serves as a missions liaison for his church, organizing missions trips all over the world. Charla Roberts is a pediatric speech therapist.
